Pillsbury introduces new brownie and bar products for the restaurant industry

General Mills Foodservice introduced its new Pillsbury Triple Layer Bars, which are individually wrapped to help foodservice operations deliver an indulgent treat that meets an increased interest in safety. Clear, sealed packaging gives customers the peace of mind that the product is safe and enhances the visual appeal of the bars.

As non-commercial dining programs seek more single-serve packaged dessert options due to the pandemic, Pillsbury Triple Layer Bars are a convenient, labor-free take-out option that works on all models of service, including cafeterias, catering, cafes and retail spaces. The bars feature three textured layers that are featured in the clear wrap to boost impulse sales.

They come in two flavors: the Cookie Caramel Brownie bar begins with a chocolate chip cookie base, filled with a caramel center and topped with a chocolate chip brownie, while the S’mores bar includes a graham cracker crust, a marshmallow center and a chocolate brownie. High.
