The leisure and hospitality sector has been the biggest contributor to recent employment numbers, adding an average of 78,000 jobs per month so far this year, according to the October 2022 US Jobs Report.

In February 2020, Bacardi and the Chaplin School created the Bacardi Center of Excellence with a vision to inspire and educate the hospitality community about minds, entrepreneurship and beyond.
