Vodka and Orange juice (aka the screwdriver) is one of my favorite vodka cocktails.

The crisp acidity of orange juice cleverly masks the powerful vodka. And it’s surprisingly refreshing too.

Plus, who doesn’t have orange juice in the fridge?

Although this recipe uses neutral vodka, I like to pair orange juice with vanilla vodka. It tastes like summer ice cream!

That said, when picking neutral vodka (for this and all recipe), remember that the brand makes the difference.

And the cheaper the bottle, the more the vodka will taste like paint thinner.

Like Beth Dutton, I love Tito’s. And yes, Gray Goose is worth every penny. But if you’re on a budget, try Hangar 1 or Absolut Elyx Vodka.

The Greyhound cocktail is one of those timeless drinks that everyone should know how to make.

And if you’re feeling fancy, garnish your glass with a slice of dill pickle and an olive.
